Another i-RAM rant

The battery of my i-RAM is completely dead. Only few second of power outrage yesterday morning, the i-RAM completely lost data. Moreover the BIOS cannot initialized the device; unable to detect even my hard drive; and unable to boot the system. Power on without i-RAM fixed the problem. I was able connect i-RAM on next boot. Less and less hope for i-RAM version 2. Flash memory based SSD looks getting better and better even with quarter of speed of the i-RAM.
