Microsoft: We're not Google, and we're proud of it

From CNet News, how Microsoft's better than YouTube

"Before a video is uploaded to the site, before it gets posted, there is a fingerprint taken of the file that identifies what that file is, and it's checked against the database that the content industry has created and populated (to tell) whether the uploaded file is infringing," Rubin said. "If it is, we don't allow it to go up. It's that simple."

Using Windows Vista for 3 months without activation key

I'm not planning to upgrade to the Windows Vista; until at least service pack 2 comes out. I've test Vista beta 2 different builds on both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. It does a lot less than Windows XP but slower. Thank you software/driver incomparability and video card intensive eye candy. The only way I'm going to use Vista is if it's free.

Now there is more and more temptation to install Vista: there is way to use Vista for 120 days without activation. Only thing I need is a friend with Vista DVD. And it's legit too.
