Carbon nanotubes based flash memory in development

TG Daily reports "Korean researchers aiming for 100 GB flash memory cards".

Korean researchers now say they have developed 10nm semiconductors based on carbon nanotubes that could breathe new life into Flash memory cards.

It's always good news to hear about developing new technology for solid state disk but still I want the technology that I can buy it on retail store today.
