Cygwin Update Troubleshooting

Somehow updating Cygwin caused /etc/profile to disappear. All Cygwin commands are not founded when I logged into bash. I haven't noticed for weeks because somehow some commands were working via ssh. Copying profile file from /etc/defaults/etc/profile fixed the problem.
