Comcast still hates me

I'm no longer having The connection was reset problem. Hopefully the Comcast realized that forging RST packet is not cool. But now I'm having The connection has timed out problem. The website is not down since I am able to browse the site from another computer (Qwest is its ISP) that I sshed.

I was able to ping and traceroute from the Qwest's Internet, but when I do it on my computer, I get 100% packet loss.

Analysis of the PCAP packet dumps reveals several injected fake RSTs, which are very similar to the ones seen coming from the Great Firewall of China.
